Order Processing Time
Since each item is handcrafted, please allow [3–5 business days] for us to prepare your order before it ships. Customized or personalized pieces may take a little longer — [7–10 business days] — depending on the complexity of the design.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number and courier details so you can follow your package's journey home.
Bulk & Custom Orders
Bulk orders and fully customized pieces require extra crafting time. We'll share an estimated delivery timeline with you at the time of order confirmation.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within [48 hours] of the expected delivery date at [support email/phone] with photos (for damage claims), and we'll sort out a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
Address Changes
